Ingredients
- ½ Ib chickpeas (soak it overnight and cook for 15-20 minutes)
- ½ Ib cooked beet
- ¼ Cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs Tahini or handful of sesame seeds
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ Tablespoon cumin seeds (optional)
- ½ Coriander seeds (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt/ sour cream (optional)
- ½Fresh green cayenne pepper (Optional. If you want it spicy add a whole red cayenne pepper)
- Salt to taste
- Handful of walnuts (optional)
- 2 lemons (Juice)
Directions
Grind all of them together in food processor. Your beet hummus is ready now.
