Ingredients
- 600 grams Cake Flour
- 667.5 grams Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 190 grams Walnuts, crushed
- 2.25 Cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 465 grams Bananas, diced
- 5 Eggs
- 340 grams Crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
- Mix cake flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix walnut pieces, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, diced bananas, eggs, and pineapple.
- Mix both bowls.
- Pour into baking pan
- Co0k at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick will come out clean.
Tip
If you have leftover batter, this will make great cupcakes. Just top it with your favorite icing. This hummingbird bread was sliced and grilled at the market, and topped with diced strawberries and mint infused whipped cream.
