In celebration of the Williamsburg Farmers Market 15th Anniversary, the farmers market is hosting a series of forums to discuss the food we all eat.
This event is free and open to the public! Come learn how to preserve the bounty from the farmers market.
Two culinary experts will share ideas and tips for selecting and preparing food from our regional farmers markets.
Cathy Barrow is a food columnist for the Washington Post and author of Mrs. Wheelbarrow’s Practical Pantry, Travis Milton is the former chef of the Comfort and Family Meal in Richmond and owner-chef at Shovel and Pick a Bristol restaurant specializing in Appalachian ingredients and foodways.
